• Precise hand / eye coordination

• Able to focus and stay accurate for long periods of time
• Technical and detailed by nature
• Able to adapt to changing part conditions
• Able to adapt to various detailed inconsistencies

Experience in the below job functions and /or skills, would be a great candidate match:

• SMT (Surface Mount Technology), rework, repair, assembly
• SMD (Surface mount devices), rework, repair, assembly
• Fine Pitch rework, repair, assembly
• Micro rework, repair, assembly
• Micro Precision rework, assembly
• PCB Rework, assembly
• Must be US citizen
